1. Strictly No Refunds

Because NGU PvP Club sells non-tangible, irrevocable virtual goods, we have a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a purchase is made and the virtual items/ranks are delivered to your in-game account, the transaction is absolutely final. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to bypass our no-refund policy by filing an unauthorized chargeback or dispute with your bank, credit card company, or Cashfree will result in an immediate, permanent, and irreversible ban from the NGU PvP Network and all associated platforms.

3. Lost Items / Bans

If you lose your items in-game due to gameplay mechanics, or if you are banned from the server for breaking the rules, you will not be refunded for your past purchases.
